About The Position

The HR Intern will quickly become an integral part of the Team by taking on a variety of HR tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The HR Intern will directly assist with a wide range of projects, including recruiting, on-boarding/orientation and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program focused in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer

Responsibilities

  • Perform general HR administrative functions (file management, benefits administration)
  • Help prepare documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Provide assistance and support to the recruitment process; reviewing resumes and job descriptions, posting job ads, helping to schedule interviews and create interview guides, sending applicant correspondence
  • May help develop recruitment materials
  • Support the onboarding and new hire process; send offer letters, create new hire packets
  • Assist in off-boarding efforts through exit interviews and record updates
  • Assist with planning and executing teammate events
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
