About The Position

JEA is seeking motivated students for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This paid opportunity offers hands‑on experience in key HR functions while you build professional skills and connect with industry mentors. What You’ll Potentially Do: Support projects in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development Contribute to meaningful HR initiatives that impact the business Gain exposure to HR operations and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in:
  • Business Administration / Human Resources
  • Psychology
  • Communications
  • 3.0 GPA or higher (transcript required)
  • Ability to work 32 hours/week between May and August

  • Support projects in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development
  • Contribute to meaningful HR initiatives that impact the business
