About The Position
The HR intern will be spend 5 - 10 hours per week, working in the HRIS system to ensure that candidate profiles are up to date, and reviewing organization data to identify outliers in data structures. This is a fantastic role for anyone looking to learn the administrative structures within a start - up organization
Responsibilities
- Updating employee profile documents
- Review reports and identify outliers in data
- Compile HR metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- Support the HR team on additional projects.
