About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks. This role is designed for college students interested in learning about HR operations in a professional, pharmaceutical company environment. The intern will gain exposure to HR processes such as employee onboarding, record keeping, and internal communications. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who are in their final year of study or have recently completed their degree.

Requirements

  • Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining employee files and HR records.
  • Help update and maintain HR databases and spreadsheets.
  • Support the coordination of employee recognition activities and events.
  • Prepare basic correspondence, forms, and HR materials.
  • Assist with posting job openings and screening applications as directed.
  • Help track attendance or training records.
  • Participate in short HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
