About The Position

We’re looking for an intern to support Altair’s Team Member Experience & Resources (HR) department this summer. This individual needs to be someone who understands the importance of serving Altair’s team members, who are TMXR’s internal customers and stakeholders. The Intern will: Support and drive engagement for our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs). Design and create engaging recruiting materials. Collate resources and enhance the TMXR department's Management Toolkit. Contribute to Team projects. Support and work in collaboration with the TMXR team to further organize and develop key programs designed to support Altair’s team members. Provide administrative support for events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Human Resources; Communication; Business Management/Analysis; Organizational Development; or related field
  • Working knowledge of Excel, for use in documentation and analysis of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and professionally across all departments and levels of the organization as well as externally, if needed
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute company meeting events and global training sessions
  • Self-motivated, approachable, adaptable, proactive, and collaborative
  • Candidate must be a junior/senior level undergraduate in good standing pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • 3.25 GPA level or higher
  • Available from May 12 – August 7 , 2026
  • Able to work onsite in Altair’s Frisco office
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, with a go-getter attitude, who proactively takes on new tasks
  • Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
  • Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day) paid internship.
