About The Position

FullBeauty Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Indianapolis Fulfillment Center as a Fulfillment Center Operations Intern. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related program.
• A strong passion for warehouse operations and supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn new challenges and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse and fulfillment center operations, including inventory management, order processing, and workflow optimization.
• Work on real-world supply chain challenges, analyzing data and providing insights to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Support logistics, distribution, and operational planning efforts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Utilize analytical tools and reports to monitor key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, working closely with various teams to understand end-to-end fulfillment center operations.
• Gain exposure to automation technologies, warehouse management systems, and industry-leading fulfillment center strategies.
