About The Position

This Supply Chain Internship offers hands-on experience in real-world supply chain operations, where you’ll gain exposure to both supply planning and supply analysis functions while contributing to meaningful, high-impact projects. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders, build technical and analytical skills, and make a tangible impact on our planning processes. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will: Learn core responsibilities of Supply Planners and Supply Analysts Support tactical planning activities within SAP (ERP system) Participate in supply planning meetings and day-to-day planning operations Gain on-site exposure at local manufacturing and/or warehousing facilities

Requirements

Basic understanding of supply and demand planning concepts
Experience or exposure to Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (a plus)

Responsibilities

Supply Planning and Analytical Training
Hands-On Experience: Work in SAP, Power BI, and real supply chain systems
Cross-Functional Learning: Gain insight into manufacturing, warehousing, and planning operations
Skill Development: Strengthen analytical, technical, and communication skills
Process Improvement Initiatives
Build and/or convert KPIs into our Power BI platform
Support data collection and execution for continuous improvement supply chain projects
Documentation & Systems Project
Assist in file conversion and organization aligned with our new QMS system
Lead the migration of training materials into a structured, user-friendly system for the planning team
Mentorship & Leadership Exposure
Dedicated mentor (Planning Team Supervisor) with weekly check-ins and project guidance
Direct reporting line to the Senior Director of Planning
Regular mentorship sessions with senior leadership
Presenting your capstone project experience to executive team
