Interns will receive hands-on training in one of the many departments across the company, focusing on best practices in safety, health, and excellence, to maximize their experience and learning. The program also allows interns to explore different career paths, gaining insights into the range of work happening across the company, from Sales to Operations, Engineers to Equipment Operators, to identify their strengths and passions and align them with different departments for the most impact.

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required for internships.
• Must display the highest commitment to ethical decision-making and integrity.
• Must be an excellent motivator and team builder.
• Must be able to form strong social relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Business, including our industry, the materials we sell, our sales methodology, territory management, day-to-day duties of many departments, and the importance of collaboration.
• Receive hands-on training in one of the many departments across the company.
• Explore different career paths and gain insights into the range of work happening across our company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
