We’d love to have you bring your energy and perspective to our team. The Finance Intern will support key financial planning and analysis activities and work closely with Analysts on the FP&A team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to ACR’s Finance operations and the chance to contribute to real initiatives that move our work forward. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll gain a solid understanding of how the Finance and Accounting departments operate as core support functions across the organization. This internship will provide a deep dive into the financial planning and analysis function at ACR. You will learn about financial management, forecasting, and budgeting, and work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, the Planful Analytics platform, and potentially Tableau for reporting and planning needs.

Requirements

  • Be a current college student (Accounting, Finance, General Business majors preferred)
  • Enrolled full time and holding a GPA of 3.0+
  • Be detail-oriented, reliable, creative and mature
  • Be able to take initiative when necessary
  • Have excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in a high-performing FP&A department and collaborate with others on the team
  • Gaining experience with MS Excel, reporting tools such as Planful and Tableau, and a project management tool such as Smartsheet or Asana
  • Researching potential solutions for the replacement of our FP&A tool
  • Assisting with review and maintenance of the project and account hierarchy in Planful
  • Working alongside the Analysts on quarterly forecasting and modeling scenarios such as the 3 year long range plan (LRP)
  • Running report collections and data entry/review as needed
  • Working with the team to understand procedures and documenting/updating procedures
