About The Position

Summer 2026. The incumbent will have an opportunity to work within a relevant field related to their major in order to gain work experience. Usually the candidate for this role will be a college student who is interested in learning about our business and expanding their knowledge in work processes, analysis and support functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university working towards a degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Graduate)
• SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently within minimal supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications-MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Comfortable working with confidential information
• High School Diploma or GED in Related Field
• Currently Enrolled in Engineering

• Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
• Develop business and analytical skills needed for career of his or her choice.
• Works independently and within a team environment.
• Is responsible for meeting deadlines and setting priorities.
• Updates manager regarding project status on a regular basis.
• Demonstrates ability to respond quickly and appropriately to the needs as identified.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
