The DAIO Strategy & Innovation Intern will report directly to the Vice President of DAIO Strategy and Innovation and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Data, Analytics, AI, and Operations (DAIO) at the enterprise level. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to real‑world strategy and innovation work—supporting the team’s strategic roadmap, workforce strategy, priorities, KPIs, and long‑term vision. You’ll help bring strategy to life by contributing to how goals are defined, measured, communicated, and executed across the organization. You’ll also support day‑to‑day operational and process‑improvement efforts, working alongside senior leaders to help improve how the DAIO organization operates and scales. This includes assisting with strategic deliverables, driving execution on key initiatives, and helping translate big ideas into action. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and applied AI, with exposure to research, experimentation, and enterprise transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with DAIO Strategy & Innovation leadership and gain insight into how emerging technologies and analytics shape business decisions at scale. Work Arrangement This role offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement: Interns located near one of our offices (Hartford, CT; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH) are expected to work in the office Tuesday–Thursday. Interns not located near an office will work remotely, with occasional in‑office travel as business needs arise. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
