Intern - Operations and Analytics
About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team for a 12-week internship program beginning May 26th, focused on project-based work in operational improvements and data analytics. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on, practical experience while working on meaningful projects that contribute to real business outcomes. About the Role: Each intern will be assigned to a specific project aligned with their interests and academic background. Projects are sponsored by a senior leader and will culminate in a final presentation to the senior management team, giving interns visibility and a chance to showcase their work.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand the project scope and underlying problem statement
- Conduct research and gather data to support your analysis where necessary
- Formulate a project plan including objectives, milestones, and timelines
- Analyze data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement where necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recommendations
- Track progress and adjust plans as needed throughout the internship
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation to senior leadership outlining your findings, recommendations, and impact
