ECHO is hiring an intern in our Customer Service Department! This position will run from May 2026-August 2026. This position is paying $19/HR. The Customer Service Intern will be exposed to : Assist Consumer Support operations, including answering calls and recording information in our customer service database. Support order entry processes. Manage and oversee emails, chat interactions, calls, and various administrative tasks related to customer support. Communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing. Exercise good judgment, discretion, and strict confidentiality. Teamwork-oriented. Self-starter with "Can Do" attitude.
