This role assists with maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of test results and account updates.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent computer skills
- Individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Excellent problem solving & critical decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of backflow test results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support to field techs regarding adding/deleting accounts
- Other office and customer service responsibilities as needed
