About The Position

This internship provides hands‑on experience as part of the CRI Design Team, the creative services group supporting the DRI DUCK brand. Over the course of 10 weeks, the intern will gain real‑world experience in sales flyer creation, product artboard development, image editing and retouching, and project management using Figma and Wrike. Interns will contribute directly to active marketing and design projects while strengthening both technical and creative skills.

Requirements

  • Working toward a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency or interest in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Effective and professional communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how the CRI Design Team collaborates with the Marketing Team and supports the DRI DUCK brand.
  • Gain proficiency in daily tools and workflows, including Wrike, Figma, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Resize, edit, and retouch product images for web, print, and social platforms such as Amazon and Galls.
  • Organize, manage, and prepare digital assets within Figma for internal review and server upload.
  • Develop product artboards and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Support ongoing DRI DUCK projects through asset development, revisions, and collaboration with team members.
  • Apply color correction, shaping, compositing, and alternate colorway creation to lifestyle and product photography.
  • Design sales flyers and email campaigns using established templates and creative direction.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and design of the 2026 DRI DUCK holiday campaign.
  • Manage multiple projects independently during the final weeks of the internship, communicating progress and workload needs through Wrike.
  • Build a portfolio of polished, production‑ready design work.
