About The Position

Job Summary Security & Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for the leading the maintenance services and administration of the facilities. Manage the execution and control of the security operation of the plant. Lead the build maintenance function. What You’ll Do for Us Lead the development of objectives, capabilities, indicators, projects, responsibilities, meetings, decisions as well as the engagement of the team. Monitor and safeguard Company assets and handle facility security inquiries to comply with TCCQS. Responsible for monitoring of building infrastructure, assure compliance with KORE & ISO requirements, legal requirements and necessary customer requirements. Responsible for ongoing and Company standards and requirements, security services, transportation, custodial services (concierge), general house maintenance (e.g., landscaping), and other services. Responsible to identify, justify and implement capital investment for building infrastructure. Responsible to identify improvement opportunities need to maintain infrastructure in compliance with Corporate, local and Federal law requirements. Implement routines to assure the best housekeeping conditions for the facility gear to GMP program and requirements . Responsible for the implementation and operation of the security systems by partnering with Corporate Security enhance facility protection. Provide the Company with solutions to access needs in order to ensure a safe work environment: Security identification badges, Parking Tags, Access control to plant facilities, Access control to plant areas, Security Procedures / working instructions. Develop and propose options for special event security (e.g., customer events, off-site functions, or events) to ensure a proper response and appropriate security-related actions. Conduct facilities incident investigation by interviewing all parties involved to gather information and reporting circumstances that require further investigation to appropriate security personnel and updating management on all incidents. Serve as a coordinator during emergency situations by instructing security personnel in required courses of action. Provides support to the plant Emergency Team. Responsible for the lookout of the plant during emergencies. Ensure security orientations are offered to new associates, temporary and contract personnel. Maintenance and communication of the plant Risk Analysis. Ensure the compliance of quality and security audits and manage findings or courses of action as identified. Management, coordination of services and direction of internal or contract personnel: External Security Officers, Custodial Services Personnel, Outside maintenance, Forklift Mechanical Shop. Manages assigned budget accounts of Security and Custodial Services. Responsible for the maintenance and control of all master keys: Plant keys, Lockers & Company cars. Ensure the access of all associates to plant areas is in accordance to business needs and/or HR Headcount Movement Report. Provide and/or coordinate support during projects and/or initiatives (e.g., Company cars, office painting and remodeling, furniture movements, etc. Responsible to comply with all Internal Control requirements in own department and CRI as applicable. Participate and promote activities with the OE Team that contribute toward continuous improvement (5’s, workplace audit, T Cards, Idea Cards, Big C, Tip Plan, Communication Center, etc.).

Requirements

  • Desirable Experience of minimum 7 years in the position or similar function as: Operations Manager Management of multi-disciplinary technical / engineering teams.
  • Major Capital Projects (specification, design, installation, commissioning, cost control, purchasing, contract, planning, risk analysis & avoidance).
  • +7 years
  • Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, Chemistry Engineer, of Foods, or similar graduation.
  • Fluent English & Spanish
  • SAP-S4 knowledge.
  • Prometheus system.
  • Mechanical and electrical systems strong knowledge is essential to assess, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Understand the principles of preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.
  • A solid background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as plumbing.
