MidAmerican Energy Company is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy college intern to join our Talent Management team and gain hands-on experience in instructional content development, learning technology and training program coordination. The intern will play a key role in creating and enhancing digital training resources, supporting the planning and logistics of leadership and employee training events and ensuring all materials are organized, accessible, and compliant with corporate branding guidelines. We are looking for an intern eager to learn and grow, with strong web development, content management and visual design skills to support key Talent Management initiatives.
