We're looking for motivated students to be part of a dynamic 11-week paid internship where you'll work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience, all while supporting our mission to improve health and improve lives. The Facilities Management internship aimed to provide hands-on experience in managing and maintaining physical assets, workplace services, and operational support systems within a professional environment. The internship focused on applying theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and user satisfaction in facility operations.

Requirements

• Worked towards a degree in business, Facility Management, Construction Management or other relevant fields.
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
• Communication and organisational skills of a high standard
• Experience collating and presenting data

Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and supervising maintenance schedules (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping).
• Monitoring facility service requests and coordinating with vendors/contractors.
• Participating in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
• Updating facility records, asset registers, and maintenance reports.
• Assisting with space planning and workplace improvement projects.
