We are looking for college students seeking internships for the summer of 2026 in Boston. We are seeking a highly motivated Information Security Intern to join our Information Security team in Boston in a hybrid role. This internship is tailored for college Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to gain practical experience supporting security awareness, training, and operational initiatives. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and risk reduction.
  • Familiarity with foundational security concepts (phishing, malware, MFA, data protection).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Microsoft Defender or other similar security tooling
  • Coursework or labs related to security operations or incident response
  • Experience creating technical or instructional content

Responsibilities

  • Support the Security Awareness Program by developing and refining role-based training materials, campaigns, and communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and training rollouts.
  • Support security operations across vulnerability management, email security, and endpoint protection platforms.
  • Review and analyze security-related emails, alerts, and notifications, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Monitor, triage, and document basic security alerts under the guidance of the Security team.
  • Assist with documenting security policies, procedures, and operational playbooks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and security partners to promote secure behaviors and practices.
