This position will have the responsibility for hourly or part-time management of Community-Engaged Learning administrative duties including scheduling and coordinating all activities related to HOPES CEL, CEL Lunch and Learns (booking rooms, ordering food, placing procurements), processing student reimbursements for health fairs, scheduling and attending health fairs, managing student travel and travel reimbursements, attending student or community meetings, schedule and coordinate events on our Engage platform (GivePulse) and other duties as assigned related to specific initiatives and services as advised by the CEL department. This is a wage, temporary position (working less than 20 hours per week).
