About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges. This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team. Responsibilities Project Details: The Strategic Communications intern will assist in planning and promoting integrated communication campaigns that highlight our people, principles, community engagement efforts, and wellness and inclusion initiatives. Working closely with Communications and HR Leaders, the intern will develop engaging content for both internal and external channels including the intranet and social media platforms. These projects will focus on showcasing employee impact, strengthening organizational culture and supporting authentic, purpose-driven storytelling. Ideal Candidate: Comfortable with interviewing employees, gathering information etc. Strong writing and storytelling skills. Familiarity with digital media platforms, and/or content management tools. Organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with an interest in creating compelling content

Requirements

  • Pursuing degree in Communications , Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
  • Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization.
  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship
  • Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program
