Join a global medical technology leader and gain hands on experience at the intersection of sales, marketing, and commercial training. As a Summer Intern within U.S. Advanced Wound Management, you will support the teams that enable our commercial organization to launch products, tell compelling stories, and succeed in the field. This is an on site opportunity based in Fort Worth, Texas, offering real world exposure to how strategy turns into execution inside a fast paced medical device business. What will you be doing? Supporting sales enablement and field readiness initiatives, including onboarding, product launches, and ongoing development Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Training partners to ensure clear, consistent, and customer focused messaging Assisting in the creation and organization of training materials, job aids, and field facing resources Contributing to the design of engaging onboarding and training experiences for commercial team members Supporting training video development, including concept creation, storyboarding, recording, and editing short form content Playing an active role in live training events, workshops, and meetings, both in person and virtual Helping analyze engagement data and feedback to improve training effectiveness and field impact Participating in special projects that span commercial training, marketing, and enablement priorities Planned Start Date: May 26th, 2026 Program Length: 12 weeks Location: Fort Worth, TX

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in, Marketing, Sales or Training
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, training, or commercial strategy
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, with interest or experience in video or creative tools considered a plus
  • Ability to work on site in Fort Worth, Texas for the full duration of the internship
