Our 10-week summer internship program provides an opportunity to gain new skills at an organization transforming the industry. Interns support projects that deliver real impact and provide real value to our organization. As an intern, you can expect to participate in various professional development and networking activities throughout the summer. The anticipated summer internship start date is June 1, 2026. As part of our Commercial Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience and work alongside top finance leaders to make a meaningful impact. You will play a key role in supporting the U.S. team in driving business performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and forecasting in partnership with various subfunctions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high demonstrated intellectual curiosity
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of financial statements and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards.
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting processes for key business units.
  • Analyze trade spend, promotional effectiveness, and customer profitability.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies and ROI.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and automation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to Finance leadership.
