Learn more at www.aquatech.com Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Financial Analyst Intern to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Canonsburg corporate office. This person will report to the Finance Manager and will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a non-exempt employee. Must be proficient in computer software and can learn additional accounting-specific software.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior pursuing a finance degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel and maintain a positive attitude and good organizational skills.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for updating monthly sales bookings and backlog reports
  • Responsible for updating the monthly subcontractors in process report
  • Maintaining overall project margin analysis as updated inputs are received
  • Updating monthly capacity utilization analysis
  • Responsible for maintaining other additional reports in support of monthly financial reviews
  • Overall help to Finance function as needed for monthly closings
  • Other miscellaneous accounting duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the operations of the department or the company.
  • Additional Responsibilities as assigned.
