About The Position

We are developing an innovative portfolio of tissue-based and non-invasive liquid biopsy genomic products for laboratories worldwide. The Bioinformatics and Data Science team is a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists providing bioinformatics and data science support for the Oncology portfolio. Internship Assignment Summary: Support evaluation of bioinformatics pipelines and software Contribute to technical documentation Learn development processes in an agile Familiarize yourself with genomics results for precision oncology products

Requirements

  • Working towards bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficiency working with data and/or software, experience working with next-generation sequencing data and/or tooling preferred
  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
  • Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
