As a Summer Intern, reporting to the Director of Assay Development, you will gain both hands-on laboratory experience and computational experience. You will support multi-omic assay development and optimization, including cell and molecular biology experiments, R3200 instrument operation, and large-scale single-cell data analysis. This combined hands-on and computational opportunity allows you to apply your expertise toward building a uniquely differentiating platform.

Requirements

Currently enrolled Master’s or PhD student in a biology-related field.
Able to commit to a 12-week program during Summer 2026.
Previous hands-on experience in cell and molecular biology, including cell culture, library preparation, and sequencing.
Experience with laboratory instrumentation.
Proficiency in R for single-cell data analysis.

Knowledge of Seurat.

Responsibilities

Assisting with cell and molecular biology experiments and R3200 instrument operation to support assay development activities.
Performing large-scale single-cell dataset analysis to evaluate assay performances and inform optimization activities.
