Position Summary: XL Industries will be participating in the 2026 ASC Competition in Reno and is actively building our pipeline for interns and early career professionals across Project Engineering, Field Operations, Estimating, and Preconstruction. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related program
• Planning to attend the 2026 ASC Competition in Reno
• Strong interest in commercial construction and project delivery
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support active construction projects and field operations
