Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
  • 1–3 years in HR or Admin (Open to highly motivated fresh graduates).
  • Professional working proficiency in English (Written & Verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills).
  • Excellent document/database management and deadline-driven time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • High level of integrity and maturity in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive learning attitude and an open-minded approach.

  • Experience in administrative support within a Multinational Corporation (MNC)

Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Management Manage office and pantry supplies procurement, ensuring proper stock levels Manage office security, access control (e.g., access cards, CCTV, visitor log), and asset inventory tracking
  • Travel & Meeting Coordination Coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, itineraries) for international travels Provide administrative service or support to guests (excluding VIPs) and visitors
  • Meeting & Mail Management Coordinate staff meetings and external meetings, including room booking, AV setup, and logistics Manage mail, delivery, and courier services
  • Employee Engagement & Event Support Provide support to organize team engagement and employee related activities Support local, company-events when needed; work with Admin function in HQ for group level activity Manage employee onboarding/offboarding admin checklist (e.g., workspace setup, access card, office orientation) Support employee welfare programs (e.g., women empowerment)
  • Ad Hoc Support Support and serve as a point of contact for cross-functional administrative requests Assist with ad hoc projects as required
