About The Position
The Department Intern supports the efficient and effective operation of the inpatient and outpatient nursing departments. The Intern performs administrative work for the nursing departments. The Intern has an obligation to promote the organization in a professional manner to all customers. University of Vermont Health - Porter Medical Center is located in the heart of beautiful Middlebury, Vermont. We are comprised of a 25-bed acute care facility, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit, short-term rehabilitation unit and a long-term care unit, and a network of primary care and specialty medical practices throughout Addison County and the town of Brandon.
