About The Position

Hourly position with the Adult Education Career Pathways. This position is limited to 6 months.

Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills
• Google suite
• Ability to present in front of an audience
• Maintaining an established work schedule.
• The ability to work independently within departmental policies and guidelines.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Effectively using interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.
• Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
• Demonstrated proficiency with standard office software.
• Currently enrolled in a Career Pathway class
• Work safely and follow safety rules.
• Report unsafe working conditions and behavior.
• Take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practices.

Responsibilities

• Student Outreach, to include social media and events
• Administrative support for Career Pathways program
• Public and classroom presentations
