About The Position

We invite a proactive and detail-oriented Intermediate Scrum Master to join our team and support the development of internal Salesforce-based applications for a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. In this role, you'll work closely with distributed, cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum processes and ceremonies, improving stakeholder communication, and supporting the team's transition to Jira.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile best practices
  • Proven experience working with Scrum teams on a daily basis
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset with ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • High level of consistency, discipline, and attention to detail
  • Strong focus on transparency and clear team visibility
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Experience working with distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on Salesforce-based projects
  • Experience supporting teams through a Jira migration and setting up metrics
  • Familiarity with SAFe and relevant Scrum Master/SAFe certifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated Scrum Master supporting two large teams that collaborate on internal Salesforce applications.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in following Agile practices
  • Support backlog refinement and work with stakeholders on priorities
  • Guide the team through the transition to Jira and ensure its proper usage
  • Define, track, and improve key Scrum metrics to drive team performance
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team delivery
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders (Engineering Manager, Scrum Master Manager)
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable team environment with strong transparency and visibility
