This role performs a range of analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, research, data modeling, and survey support. The analyst conducts analyses using tools for reporting, budgeting, cost control, risk modeling, and statistical process control, while collaborating closely with senior program staff and project team members. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX, as well as integrating SharePoint and Excel for real-time data analysis.
