Interior Gardener - Corporate
About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Two (2) years of prior relevant education, training, and experience
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in commercial or resort interior landscape maintenance
- One (1) year of prior relevant experience in interior landscape design and installation
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
Nice To Haves
- Certificate in Ornamental Horticulture or related fields preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain MGMRI service standards when interacting with guests and coworkers
- Design, install, and maintain indoor green spaces, including plant placement, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and overall plant care to ensure healthy and visually appealing environments
- Monitor and adjust environmental conditions such as lighting, humidity, temperature, and plant nutrition; apply chemicals as needed in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards
- Identify, monitor, and control pests and diseases to protect plant health
- Drive and operate company vehicles, trailers, and/or specialized carts to transport materials and travel between properties
- Use a variety of manual tools and equipment (including pruners, shears, saws, shovels, fertilizer spreaders, and pesticide sprayers) to complete gardening tasks
- Maintain outdoor spaces as needed, including rock application, raking, blowing, and washing
