About The Position

The interior design program is a four-year, professional degree program that leads to a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree. The program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). Environmental responsibility in design is a focus of the program and is woven holistically throughout the curriculum. The program has consistently earned top honors in national and international competitions such as the PAVE retail competition, NEWH Green Voice Design Competition. Alumni work in all aspects of the interior design profession-primarily in the Southeast and East Coast as well as nationally and internationally. Applied Design includes design studios, 12,000 square feet of prototyping studios, computer labs and designated classrooms.
