About The Position

YOUR MISSION Develop and execute tailored change management for a regional SAP S/4 HANA rollout Assess stakeholder readiness, identify barriers, and plan targeted interventions based on the ADKAR model Lead end-to-end change activities: communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management throughout the SAP implementation project lifecycle Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to align change management with solution design and deployment Deliver workshops and training to build SAP knowledge and drive adoption from both a technical and process perspective Track adoption metrics, monitor reinforcement, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable change Advise on business process changes driven by SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading organizational change management alongside SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation projects
  • Deep expertise in the ADKAR methodology at both individual and organizational levels
  • Solid understanding of SAP-landscape (e.g. S/4 HANA, Ariba), related processes and their impact on business operations
  • Proven ability to combine process insight and technical understanding in change management planning
  • Ability to deliver effective training both remotely and on-site
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication in Polish
