The Opportunity The CFPMO (Corporate Functions Program Management Office) Change Management Consultant is responsible for enabling the change management team to ensure our people are ready, prepared, and able to adopt and sustain change and serve as a change management practitioner on assigned projects (as needed), creating and delivering effective change management (CM) plans and strategies. In this role, you will lead internal CFPMO change management operations and establish and lead the broader MassMutual Change Management Community of Practice (COP). Acting as a strategic enabler, you will design, maintain, and optimize change management processes, tools, methodologies, and ways of working. This role requires: The CFPMO Change Management Consultant will be part of the Change Management Team and report to the Head of Change Management. The Team The CFPMO was established to oversee the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Procurement, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as define and own project management standards across the company.
