We’re seeking an experienced Interim Executive Assistant to support the CEO and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO. This role is focused on maintaining continuity, managing logistics, and enabling efficient executive operations during a transitional period.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel, and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Own and audit recurring internal and external meetings on the CEO's calendar
  • Coordinate with internal leads to manage invites and digital meeting links
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communicating alternatives to department heads and key stakeholders
  • Offsites: Manage end-to-end logistics for quarterly leadership sessions, including venue coordination and hospitality
  • Board Meetings: Own logistics and multi-stakeholder coordination for quarterly governance sessions
  • Conferences & Forums: Handle registration, flights, hotels, and on-site scheduling for major industry events and professional forum engagements
  • Manage communication across Slack channels
  • Maintain secure credential management via a dedicated password vault
  • Leverage Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive) at an expert level for scheduling and resource management
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, consulting internal EA procedures and documentation before escalating
  • Partner with designated business leads on decisions that require strategic input
