About The Position

The Intercompany Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating material transfers between Warehouse A (Sharpie Way) and Warehouse B (Blue Ribbon). This role ensures timely preparation, shipment, tracking, and confirmation of inter-organization material movements while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with logistics and warehouse teams.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate inter-warehouse material transfers to ensure on-time availability.
Prepare and verify materials for shipment from Warehouse A to Warehouse B.
Communicate detailed shipment requirements to the logistics team (quantities, timelines, special handling, documentation).
Ensure all materials are properly packed, labeled, and documented prior to shipment.
Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
Confirm receipt of materials at Warehouse B and reconcile quantities against shipping documentation.
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
Maintain accurate transfer records within ERP or inventory management systems.
Collaborate closely with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams to optimize transfer processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and intercompany logistics.
Maintain organization of Warehouse A to ensure efficient flow of materials to Warehouse B.
