Intensive Support Services Specialists provide ongoing support services to youth and their families who are involved with the Youth Justice system. The goal of this service is for youth to remain in the community without committing further law violations and to provide rehabilitation services. Additionally, this service looks to provide structure and accountability for youth offenders aimed at reducing criminal behavior and building on the youth and family’s protective factors. As an employee of the Department of Social Services and Marathon County, you will play a crucial role in managing and safeguarding confidential and sensitive information.
