The Safer Foundation is a social service provider to individuals with arrest and conviction records. Through a full range of services, including case management, educational instruction and advocacy, we focus on preparing individuals for the world of work by helping them find and keep productive and meaningful employment. General Summary: An Intensive Case Manager (ICM) at Safer Foundation is responsible for determining potential clients' eligibility/suitability for services, conducting the enrollment process, and providing case management services during program enrollment and follow-up. These services include but are not limited to supporting program recruitment efforts, conducting assessments, assisting with client barriers, and providing wrap-around and supportive services to prospective clients with arrest, and conviction records. The case manager will help clients identify training and/or employment goals that will potentially help the client obtain and sustain meaningful employment. He/she acts as a coach and trainer for Safer clients enrolled in the Clean Jobs Network Program. The ICM provides effective, comprehensive, and holistic services to each client on his/her assigned caseload. This position works across agency departments and assists in recruiting for training and career pathways related to the Clean Jobs Network Program.
