Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years operating at the executive/integrator level (COO, COS, DOO, President, VP Ops with full accountability) in a growth-stage organization $8M-$15M+ revenue
  • 5 -7+ years managing a leadership team across multiple departments, with responsibility for alignment, accountability, and execution
  • Experience operating within EOS® or a comparable business operating system frameworks utilizing (VTO, Rocks, L10s, scorecards, LMA/FBA)

Nice To Haves

  • Direct P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making tied to financial performance
  • Experience scaling teams, revenue, or operations in a business at $20M-50M+ revenue
  • Prior executive oversight of Human Resources, including performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and HRIS systems such as ADP
  • Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business model
  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Familiarity with the technology sector (MSP/MSSP/IT, cloud, cybersecurity)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA)
  • Champion and reinforce the vision by translating the V/TO into executable operational plans
  • Drive alignment around annual goals and quarterly Rocks, ensuring consistent traction
  • Lead and develop the Leadership Team, establishing seat clarity, measurable expectations, and disciplined execution
  • Facilitate effective L10 meetings and maintain scorecards that focus on measurable outcomes
  • Strengthen cross-functional communication and ensure the organization operates as a unified front
  • Financial Leadership and P&L Ownership
  • Assume direct ownership of operational performance aligned with revenue, margin, and EBITDA goals
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with accounting and finance
  • Translate financial data into operational priorities and informed decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve profitability, and support long-term revenue growth
  • Ensure financial discipline is embedded into day-to-day operations
  • Human Resources and Organizational Development
  • Provide executive oversight of HR functions, including hiring processes, performance management, compliance, and people systems
  • Strengthen accountability standards, role clarity, and performance expectations across the organization
  • Partner in workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right seats
  • Reinforce a culture of professionalism, ownership, and long-term commitment
  • Oversee HRIS systems such as ADP and ensure people operations scale alongside growth
  • Follow By Agreement (FBA)
  • Ensure commitments are clear, measurable, and time-bound before execution begins
  • Reinforce discipline between stated priorities and executed outcomes
  • Celebrating wins while maintaining high performance standards and a no-shortcuts mindset
