About The Position

The Integrator is responsible for analyzing customer requirements and translating them into fully deployed, maintained, and optimized POS and retail management system solutions. Working cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and technical teams, this role configures and validates system integrations, manages software versions, supports deployment automation, and ensures high-quality, reliable implementations. This position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple technical initiatives simultaneously, and a consultative approach to delivering stable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experienceof system integration principles across software, hardware, and networked environments
  • Solid knowledge of: PC hardware and peripherals,Networking fundamentals, Windows OS and AndroidOS, MicrosoftOffice tools
  • Working knowledge of scripting or query tools such as SQL, PowerShell, or command line utilities
  • Experiencewith retail technology platforms, POS systems, or multi-device retail environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system interactions
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills across multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solution designs
  • Configure, integrate, andvalidateretail technology solutions across hardware and software platforms
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver enhancements, fixes, and custom integrations
  • Test and certify new product versions, releases, and system updates prior to deployment
  • Plan for system upgrades, version changes, and product obsolescence
  • Review and improve system setup, deployment, and implementation procedures
  • Identifyopportunities to automate repetitive technical or operational processes
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for solution improvements
  • Create andmaintaintechnical documentation, implementation guides, and system configuration standards
  • Develop internal training materials and customer-facing technical documentation
  • Ensure centralized,accuratedocumentation of integration standards and procedures
  • Train implementation and support teams onnew solutions, configurations, and best practices
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during complex deployments and escalations
  • Support Sales with technical consultation during pre-sales discovery and solution design
  • Provide technical consultation and post-implementation support to clients as needed
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotation for escalated technical issues
