Integration Team Manager - B52J CERP Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integration Team Manager (Level K) to join the B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) Management team in Oklahoma City, OK! This role will focus on proposal management and driving program execution including Earned Value Management (EVM) across Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Find your future with us. CERP is a large complex modification to the B-52 which is crucial to the extension of the service life of the platform beyond 2050. In this role the candidate will play a pivotal role on the B-52J CERP Program Integration Office (PIO) team and the success of the program. Position Responsibilities: Manages or leads program management functions for the PIO team. Develops program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers Facilitates the resolution of program issues Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices Implements customer and program communication and contact plans This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's Degree or higher Experience developing large scale aircraft modification proposals Enterprise Standard Gated Process experience This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
