Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Workday ERP system experience in support, integration, upgrades, and administration
  • Proficient in Workday studio, EIB, core connectors, web services, and XML
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Foster effective collaboration between teams and across departments
  • Inspire enthusiasm and commitment to excellence within the team or workgroup
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office with expert level knowledge of Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Workday certifications in integration and security are preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Capital Management, is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security domains, roles, permissions, and best practices is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develops, supports, and manages application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components for the customized Workday solution using Workday Studio, EIB, Calc, cloud connectors, and BIRT.
  • Contribute to the data maintenance and accuracy in Workday, including data loading via EIBs and audits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Workday IT team and the business stakeholders on integration and security related matters.
  • Resolve end-user support issues using enterprise-wide standards and tools.
  • Participation in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, regression/patch testing, and reviewing and prototyping new functionality.
  • Supports the management of changes between Workday tenants and ensuring that changes are properly tested and approved and migrated to production.
  • Support change management activities, including authoring user documentation.
  • Gather and capture business and technical requirements as it pertains to integrations, and recommend solutions in collaboration with partnering teams, i.e., HCM, SCM, FIN, Payroll.
  • Analyze and update existing workflows, documents, and streamline processes.
  • Assist with report development, specifically medium to complex reports in Workday.
  • Consistently delivers good quality work and support.
  • Work with business stakeholders to design and optimize technology workflows.
  • Understands and applies established procedures, policies, and department requirements.
  • Report, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues appropriately.
  • Provide status updates and reports to project and resource managers.
