The Functional Workday Integration Lead is responsible for managing multiple integrations of the portfolio of Korn Ferry Digital products with client 3rd party platforms. The KF Digital product integrations compromise of packaged solutions geared towards SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other larger ATS/HRIS systems. Principal will need to be able to be the client-facing implementation team member who will assist clients in the implementation process. The Principal reports directly to the VP, Technical Integration Services, and is a member of the Global Support Team.

Requirements

  • High-level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains including Recruitment, Talent Management, etc.
  • Certification with Workday HCM modules including configuration and implementation.
  • Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms is required.
  • Ability to balance customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations. (Workday Orchestrate, Built on Workday, SAP BTP, etc.)
  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves and assist wherever needed.
  • Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, calm under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Built On Workday app and Workday Query Language (WQL) expertise are highly desired.
  • Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms is highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related topic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the integration of Korn Ferry Digital platforms with client ensuring customer satisfaction with the Korn Ferry integration solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining best practice documentation of Korn Ferry Digital integrations and apps with third-party platforms for implementation and .
  • Support the implementation of Korn Ferry Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments to ensure successful implementation by the client and alignment to Workday processes.
  • Work with Korn Ferry client team, clients, and System Integration Partner, where applicable, to review and assess client’s functional and technical integration requirements related to integrating Korn Ferry Digital products with client’s HRIS platforms.
  • Develop an implementation plan to address integration requirements and support the implementation of the integration work.
  • Assess client’s Information Technology environment compared to Korn Ferry products technical and security requirements including providing recommendations on any updates the client may need to make to their configuration to successfully roll out Korn Ferry products within their environment.
  • Keeping up to speed on the advances the Korn Ferry Product teams are creating for clients in relation to packaged integrations.
  • Partner with Client Advocacy Solution Success Architects to: Enable and support the SSA team with technology integration and architecture questions impacting our solutions/product strategies for clients Promotes a positive working environment.
