The Integration Manager is highly detailed oriented; motivated self-starter; has excellent organizational skills and passion for excellence, team building and values innovation and success. While this role is a non-development role, he/she should have effective problem-solving skills and have sound understanding of system landscapes. He/she is capable to roll up their sleeves to investigate issues and identify solutions as needed. They will also, develop in-depth knowledge of business requests, priorities, and impacts to be able to effectively manage the team. This person must be very self-driven and very fast learner to be able to adapt to the fast pace working environment. The Integration Manager will also handle the release management process, and is responsible for approving application deployments, performing application releases, including rollouts, system configurations, store and track release notes and perform internal application/system upgrades across different system environments
