About The Position

Integration Manager Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Integration Manager is responsible for managing merger and acquisition integration workstreams that contribute to the successful delivery of broader integration programs. How you will make an impact:

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 4 years experience on large strategy and execution programs in a lead capacity, including experience with corporate shared services operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Prior merger & acquisition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads workstreams in support of broader integration programs that address the highest priorities for our business.
  • Builds project plans for corporate shared services workstreams.
  • Tracks integration risks and escalates for resolution.
  • Manages execution of integration plans, driving status reporting, and ensuring on-time execution.
  • Engages with business partners to ensure that the integration supports broader business goals.
  • Reports on integration budgets, and identifies and escalates budget risks.
  • Responsible for tracking deal commitments and targets.
  • Builds relationships with stakeholders.
