Integration/Applications Manager
About The Position
The Integration/Applications Manager will be overseeing the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end solutions that integrate with ERP and other business systems. Duties & Responsibilities: Technical and Integration Data Mapping and Translation: Defining data mappings, conversion logic, and validation rules for various EDI standards like X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and flat-file formats. Connectivity and Protocols: Managing system connectivity and data transport methods such as VAN, AS2, SFTP, and API integrations. Testing and Validation: Conducting thorough testing and validation of all processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity before "go-live". Management and Leadership Project Management: Leading integration projects from initiation to completion. Team Supervision: Managing and mentoring a team of analysts, specialists, and developers. Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary liaison with internal business stakeholders (logistics, finance, sales, customer service) and external partners (vendors, customers, third-party providers) to gather requirements and provide updates. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for automation and optimization within workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and implement best practices. Operations and Support Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitoring transactions, performance, and error logs, serving as the internal escalation point for technical issues and problems. Partner Onboarding: Owning the customer/vendor onboarding process for new integrations, ensuring all requirements are met and communication is seamless. Documentation and Training: Developing and maintaining documentation for all EDI processes, standards, and procedures, and providing training and support to internal users. Compliance and Security: Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect sensitive data and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Education & Experience: 5 years of experience in system integration; project management and architecture experience preferred Experience leading teams; MIS supervision/management preferred Experience integrating with large ERP (Oracle, SAP, 365); S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP BTP experience preferred Experience with Salesforce products (SFCC, SFSC, Mulesoft) Expertise in EDI standards and integrations Expertise in project management tools (Jira preferred)
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in system integration; project management and architecture experience preferred
- Experience leading teams; MIS supervision/management preferred
