About The Position

The Integrated Producer works with internal and external partners in the production and editing of photography and motion-based content for our clients. This role is the communication liaison across multiple internal departments and controls the timing, coordination and delivery of assets throughout the full production life-cycle.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or video production
Bachelor’s degree in project management, video/audio production or a related multimedia field
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
Stress-tolerant, quick thinking and possesses excellent problem solving skills
Extremely organized, detail oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Ability to ask the right questions to get the information you need to effectively deliver on the creative vision
Ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across a number of different teams
Based in St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL. We are not accepting remote applicants at this time.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and control specific project activities toward outlined objectives while following defined production requirements.
Manage program budget profitability through vendor relationships, research, negotiation and oversight.
Control and manage the delivery of final assets to the appropriate contacts
Coordination of internal motion timelines and development of documentation for any content developed by motion design team
Translate and execute on vision and ideas brought about by the creative team by working in partnership with creative leads, copywriters, art directors, motion designers and other producers
Develop and execute interviews with subjects to be used for motion projects
Follow an integrated and collaborative workflow to ensure all milestones are communicated out to the teams in an accurate and timely manner
Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables
Other duties as assigned
