Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Production, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of production experience in an agency or creative environment
  • Experience supporting integrated, digital-first campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and deadlines
  • Comfort supporting production budgets and estimates
  • Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support the production of integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, OOH, and experiential.
  • Assist in building timelines, managing deliverables, tracking approvals, and keeping projects on schedule. Lead social productions and manage editorial processes for key clients.
  • Support budget development, vendor estimates, and cost tracking under the guidance of senior producers.
  • Partner closely with creative, account, strategy, and external teams to ensure smooth execution from kickoff through delivery.
  • Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and production partners with clear communication and documentation. Track and support renewal negotiations as applicable.
  • Flag risks early, adapt to evolving needs, and help find smart solutions to keep work moving forward. Contribute to improving production processes and department efficiency.
